Testimonials..."Manchester Central Library re-opened in March 2014 after a major refurbishment. A number of new technologies were deployed including self service printing for library customers. The Inepro system was installed and is supported by Osborne Technologies Ltd. based in Barnsley. The application is server based with client software running on the customer PCs and coinboxes connected to MFDs. The configuration of the customer PC and printing solution was complicated and required OT Technologies to work closely with other IT contractors on the project. They did this successfully by deploying staff to site and using remote access to deal with problems as they occurred. The standard of their work was high and they demonstrated a committed attitude to get the print solution delivered on time. Since the library has re-opened support has been consistently good with on site visits to replace faults hardware, and ongoing remote access sessions to resolve faults and collect log files for the software developers to assist with fault resolution.
